If HO scale Kenny Franklin Mint made a NYC Hudson that didn't sell good, so they repainted some of them for a Christmann Train. Maybe you can find a photo of the Franklin Mint one and see if it matches.

i thought that but the front end is not quite the same



but think your right although the pilot looks less bulky below where coupling would go,but the bell looks the same,so will not bother with it

You have a Graham Farish Hudson. Made in England in the mid 1950's. The tender is correct, it housed the motor. That is what that cowling is for it hides the drive shaft.
