I got three pickle cars of different descriptions, I'm going to have to
hunt one down...MOLDED IN 7 COLORS!!! Gotta have it. Unless
Micro has bought them all up and keeping them in a tornado
cellar in Nebraska...

That was originally the "Molasses Mine" building from a 1968 RMC construction article by E. L. Moore. I've got the AHM one on my layout.

Edit: My mistake, I double checked and it is NOT the same building. Never mind.

Thank you for that! I checked out the ebay offerings, no too bad, if not for
shipping. Then I started looking at this piece in a different angle, and with
the addition of a wood stave tank, like a water tank, it might work:
