I always preferred a small flat head screw driver. A little twist and biddy boom. In this video, I did a segment of coupling and shifting Tyco auto racks mostly to demonstrate it could be done. In a small segment a Tyco Campbell Soup car decides to uncouple itself...something we encounter at unwanted times.
This layout, should be said, is mostly of the El Paso Model Train Club. This track was mostly laid in 1986. It's been around. Some of it is actually is worn down from frequent use over thirty years.
If you want to pursue Kadee's, well that is its own deal. Most people love 'em, but I am not one of them. https://youtu.be/KUA7Wmqv2oQEdited by - Chops124 on April 06 2017 01:44:39 AM
