Got these old shells, as seen, from the scrap pile. They appear to be made of a
stamped metal, probably aluminum. Someone on the TF tenatively identified them
as "Blue Line,"which I'd never heard of. If anybody wants 'em I will mail them out to
you for the cost of postage. I will try to bundle them up with some old magazines so I
can get the postal "book rate"which is super, super cheap.

Yep, I looked up a link regarding Blue Line. That looks to be a spot on match:

GONE, sorry guys, Chevelle457 snagged them. I rec'd several inquiries. I was
surprised at the level of interest. They are kind of neat pieces, I even contemplated
taking them on as the amount of skill needed to make them into somethin worthwhile
is within my limited scope. Well, Chevelle, let's see what you do with 'em!

On second thought, I realize now that end pieces are missing. Yikes. that is beyond my wheel house.

Some of these are steel, some are aluminum.

By the time I located them they had been out in the weather
for at least a month or two, but not one showed any rust, so
presumably these were the aluminum ones.
