Hi all,

It's been years since I've even looked at the forums. I've been busy with college and haven't had time to run any of the stuff I have or build a new layout. Recently, I've come into a bit of a space crunch so I'm selling all my train gear except the few N scale items I have. I hope to get back into model railroading at a later time but until then I want to clear what stuff I have remaining.

I thought it'd be best to offer my items here first. Any left over items will go on evilBay / LHS.
If anyone is in Orange County, CA I'd be more than happy to drop stuff off if the distance is within reason.
Any funds I get from sales go towards my tuition.

I took 2 photos of each item. Oh and I didn't use flash when I took the photos so everything appears slightly yellower.

Ex:

Part 1: Bachmann rolling stock

Edit: Photo uploader keeps saying timed out so I'll try uploading pics later.

Have you resized the photos? Usually pictures at their full resolution are way too big to upload. I usually resize them to about 800 pixels wide and however many pixels high maintain the original shape.

Resize your photos to 1000 wide and it works. Also watch out for
any dots and dashes, numbers, or symbols in the file name.
Any # or & or @ will louse it up every time.

Watch out for Seller's Regret. I have spent years re-assembling
pieces I thoughtlessly unloaded from childhood, thinking I'd moved
on. The few measly bucks you get towards your tuition may not
be worth the priceless memories.

Case in point: the Domino Box Car. When I was 9, Mom took me out
to Caldor's in Easthampton, Massachusetts because they were having
a sale on AHM trains, and I bought this really cool Domino car which I
ditched when I was 21 and off to bigger things (or so I thought).

Last time I saw an AHM Domino's was at a train show in '95, unboxed with
a price tag of $40. Been able to make do with a couple of Life Like
knock off's I scrounged from Ebay, but memories are priceless.

Just my idle thoughts. Good luck on your education, and don't stray far from
the hobby, we'd like to see what you're up to. Also, try making a tiny
N scale layout- some amazing things have been done with micro layouts.

Sorry for the late reply. Internet went out right before Christmas and Cox wasn't able to send out a tech to fix it till yesterday.

Thank you for your advice Chops. I thought about this a lot but I really can't keep my train stuff right now. In fact, I have to tear up my simple door layout tomorrow. Selling my gear to y'all is the best option as I know you all will appreciate them.

I'm too lazy to resize so I'll just upload them all to a file sharing service.

I'll use USPS First Class to ship out individual pieces but if you're buying more than a couple items let me know so I can package them all together.

I've just put up my Bachmann folder to test. I'll add more pics in the coming days.
Just reply in this thread what item you want and how much you're paying. Ideally, I'd like a price that covers postage and then some.

What do you guys think is fair price for:
Rolling Stock
Locomotives
Scenery / Stations & Other Buildings

I'll add the few trees and track I'm tearing off my layout but I don't think anyone will want them as they are dirty and covered in ballast.

Oh forgot to mention, the switcher is not working. I took it apart but I don't know if it needs a new motor. All the parts and screws are there in the box.

Only 3 Tyco items left. https://1drv.ms/f/s!Am92o2-UOxCAh5VwVIg80dkkIr4V-A
For the gondola and flatbed I replaced the plastic wheels with metal ones a few years back. That way they were less prone to tipping over and had better running performance.

In this set all the cars are labeled "Made in Yugoslavia." They may be Mehano.
A couple of them are missing couplers.
