Here is a set of blue box PA's that I am working on for a teacher. Powered A, dummy B. Flywheel drive, smooth as silk! Wish my PA's had flywheels.

Here is another custom set I bought at a great price off the bay.
This is a walthers engine.
Tempted to repaint it to a more traditional road but just might keep it as is.

I say keep it as is. Everyone has a Pennsylvania Railroad, or a Santa Fe, or a Southern Pacific, not many have a "Kamelot Valley" (I presume it's a freelance.)

I also vote to keep it as "Kamelot Valley." Really neat old switcher.
Something you'd see on some outback sort of shortline, like
the Pecos Valley Southern.
I always did like the FP40H. Took we cross the USA back in '89.
Was a great ride.

I'll be a contrarian...  I say the FM would look great in SP tiger stripes with barrel headlights.  But which ever way you go, it's a nice loco.

After cleaning the brushes & armature, greasing & oiling, it is the best running PT I've ever witnessed. Ran today for three hours at Milford High School's Santa's Workshop for the kindergarteners. There has got to be an easier way to get that motor back together...
