I have a boxcar from an unknown manufacturer. The steps at the bottom of the ladders are mounted to the frame itself and are not a part of the shell of the boxcar.

I have a lot of freight cars but I think this is the only one I have with this sort of design. I don't know when it was made, but I would guess 1960s or later. Does anyone know who made cars with this sort of design?

I will post this weekend. Because I have never encountered these before, I didn't know if this feature would narrow down the list of possible manufacturers.

Car is from Roundhouse. No other manufacturer ever made cars with steps molded as part of the frame to my knowledge.
Just out of curiosity what sort of boxcar is it?
