Lionel has a square top and a solid base with the hook up wires under the base. The lamp is a different design also. At least that's what mine looks like.

As I stated the tower is Ideal models in design and contacts BUT I have NEVER seen a top like this before i have the radar and the floodlite and the water tower
but this? the red green thing seemed to fit when I found itin the box sooo.
