A night shot of Doug's Drugs is a rerun. I have not spent much time with the hobby this summer...

My BOTW is this Service Station (? I think at least) that I picked up from the hobby shop. Pretty sure it was a craftsman kit or something, as it's primarily made out of wood. (Some lasercut, some not). I plan to turn it into a classic car garage or something, to better fit my layout's era. For the princely sum of $12 I think I did good.

Excuse my horribly messy work table. :P

Nice pic, Walt, reminiscent of "Heat of the Night." Pokemon, that one catches the look of early 1950's just right. Do those doors actually work Toptrain? I recollect the opening mechanism. The gas station certainly captures a mood, a time.

It's definitely a nice station Chops. It'll fit right into my layout (which I now have changed to transition era, mid 50s so no car-garage rebuilding to be done.). Now I need to source all the extra bits and pieces! (Gas pumps, clutter, garage detail, maybe posters?). It's great quality, and probably put together better than I ever could.

Chops, the doors are open when stall is empty. Locomotive upon entering, operates closing device at rear end of stall, closing doors. When locomotive leaves it pushes open doors. frank
