I would say BNSF but the current paint scheme is awful. I liked the heritage one with the old logo much better. So I'm going with NS.

That scheme is worn by many a Genessee and Wyoming shortline.

For example, Maryland Midland in similar colors

Yes, I know as a few years ago while looking up the B&PRR website, I saw there was even a line in Australia wearing the same scheme See the video below:
