Justin, please keep in touch. I will PM you my phone number. I have keys to the joint, and if you have a train to run, not likely to have a spare banging around in your truck, but if you do we'll fire it up and get some photo ops of it.

* Justin; I really don't have N gauge of my own. The N Gauge belongs to a friend. I had picked up at his house in Long Valley, 2 good N items to bring home and drop off at another friends house in Elizabeth on Tuesday. So I have these items at home and took a few photos. The Rivarossi set is interesting. The other N item is a Walters Heritage PRR HH2 2-8-8-2 with DCC and sound. These two N items and some HO are going to the Baltimore show at Timonium weekend after next. Maybe I'll get to go also. Not sure till I speak with Bob on Tuesday. frank

Mantua Mighty Mite with Mantua hoppers and 4 wheel caboose . . .

[Don't have a layout to run trains on presently, so trying to satisfy myself with a shadowbox effort . . . ]

That's nice, Barry. What happened to that point to point you were working on, the one with the trestle?

I found that little shelf layout to be boring. Probably not long enough for sure, but the limited back and forth runs just don't cut it for me.

Yes, I would find such a thing a little tiresome as well. I did build the John Armstrong point to point switching layout, years ago, and incorporate that into a larger sectional oval. John Armstrong came up with some really creative stuff.
