Saw this on eBay and when looking at the photos, it looked like a nice clean conversion to a "can" motor. Its not mine. I just wanted to share the photo. I've never done a motor conversion, so I don't really know if this is a good one or not, but it looks nice . . .

In concept, it looks really simple, too, though it might take some doing to get the gear mesh right. It's good to see that someone managed.
