What is this shell? I am not a SF fan, partly because it has been so heavily
marketed, but this shell intrigues me because of its patina. I'd like something
to put it on, but am not at all certain of its make. As to the model, and I am
a lousy train spotter, ask Zelda, I am guessing it to be an SD-40...ish.

Looks like a GP20 but I am not familiar with the shell construction. Does it have a road #?

Interesting, I didn't notice the road number was
absent. Yes, would be a Tyco. I'm not going to
supplant it with a PT motor chassis. Any links
to an Athearn chassis conversion, or something
else?

Thanks! I might be able to pull that off. It looks to be
that the ends of the Athearn frame was trimmed off.
