I'll start off this week's COTW with something for you guys to chew on. Found this down in a small town train shop ( fairly new place ), and the prices were right ( not Ebay ). I think I have the Trident and Chicklets cars already, but I did not have the Bazooka car. I do now.

Here is my COTW, it's one of the grocery cars and I think to be the rarest, the Richfood car. The only two I have left to get is the Montco 40' box car and the Stewart skid flat car. Funny thing about winning this car is I bid $50.50 when the bidding was at $35. At the last second someone bid $50, but praise God I won by 50 cents....

I am doing back flips of envy on the Bazooka and the Woolworths. GG1 you and I are the only people I know that would blow $50 on something like that!! Praise God, indeed!!!
Nice, iconic Amcoach, BNSFIA. Looks like you are making progress on your coach collection!

Chops I have a few non Tyco pieces. But when I seen the Woolworth car about 10 years ago, I had to have it! Woolworth was my hub for trains stuff in the 70s... Though it was about an hour away, I made it there often!

Woolworth's, or Woolco as signed in Virginia, was about 1 mile away from me. It was also one of my best train sources for HO when I was young. Especially after Christmas when everything went on sale, and I could spend .99 cents per car. My Dad wouldn't let me buy much even with my earned grass money, unless it was dirt cheap. :/ I remember that store fondly.
