Ahhhh, like a blank canvas, the green scape of Tyco beckons...

I couldn't find a vintage Life Like grass mat on Ebay, so I bought this Woodland
Scenics grass mat at the local hobby shop. I've tried saw dust, both vintage and
home made, but stuff never works the way I want it to, and no matter how much
glue I slather on, the stuff comes loose or gets a shade of white that makes the
whole thing pale.
Ah, the pleasure of laying fresh track...wait, the crossing goes here and yet the
inner oval overlaps right on top of the crossing. What the $%#?! If I move the
inner oval down a couple of inches, then it will bump against the coal siding (future
nuclear power plant).

It's been a long day of dealing with air heads, I'm headed off to bed. Often a
decent night's rest makes everything clearer in daylight.
