Buss, Lionel never produced a Railscope Caboose in HO.

Well, that style of caboose was produced in HO at least, you'd just need to paint one and fit lights if they weren't already present, and of course stick a camera in.. The trickiest thing to get would probably be the Lionel logos and running numbers.
