You just gotta love people who try to sell things on eBay and haven't a clue as to what they have.

Chicago Milwaukee and St. Paul is a road I didn't know was made either by TYCO or Mantua. I am not a follower of Mid Northwestern Railroads. But there it is in all its glorious low definition, at a very cheep opening bid. Lets go all E-Bayer's here. Who will be first to offer $11. Maybe with the terrible photos no one will see it and know what it is. They will think all the blurry distortions is a rotten paint job. Then again, maybe it is ? Good luck to all. frank

In the description it says that it the tender doesn't actually have 12 wheels, it is only 8. You can cancel the bid if you were misled by that!:D

I actually look for items that are not properly described. Often times when this happens in the title I get something for less than it is worth. I have purchased many items where it was listed as one thing but in the picture it was something better. I place more stock in the photos than the description and title for this reason.

Not a bad asking price, honestly. The locomotive and rolling stock all seem to be in pretty good shape, so that's always good. The thing that makes me laugh is the fact that the seller got the wheel configuration wrong.
