Are these from the era when Cox re-branded Athearn items or used Athearn chassis or are they from when they did their own? Basically will they fit a BB?

from what i have read the gp9 was cox made,athearn did a gp35 for cox,ken
ps all the ones i have seen are no 14,these are unusual or custom
