Yeah, Lionel didn't make an HO version of their operating airplane tower (which is what this basically is, just with different building shells and a different "plane") back when they were doing HO, and this seems to be a relatively recent product anyway. And of course, the people making HO stuff these days are by and large uninterested in making accessories like that.

Mind you, it would not exactly be a difficult project to make one.You'd just need a girder tower (such as from a searchlight tower or yard tower), Santa and his team and sleigh, your choice of building shells, a motor, a fat stiff wire, and either a sleeve to rigidly join the wire to the motor spindle or else a couple of gears.
