Not sure where i picked this up at but who made it? got to love the cast on brake wheel. The trucks are mounted different than i have seen before.

Is it plastic? If so, it looks like something from maybe Marx. Not sure, though.

It's Marx. It's been modified for Kadee couplers. Previously there would have been horn-hook couplers on mounts that pivoted with the trucks.

I used to have a car like that, and a red one lettered: Huron Portland Cement.
