hi im restoring some athrean gp40s and sd40s that sat in a basement for 30 or so years I have the shells and frames but no motors or trucks I need these for parts by the end of October so I can get these units ready for our Christmas layout at the museum I will pay any price from ten to thirty dollars or I will trade my athrean passenger cars for these parts devin "give me the ugly steam none of that streamlined stuff"

Also, Tinplate Henry, Henry14a@yahoo.com recently came across a ton of old Athearn Blue Box. I believe much of his findings are of F units, but I am certain I saw one or two GEEP type locomotives floating around.
His prices are typically well below market. PM me and I will make a point to dredge them up and arrange the deal.
