Looks to be Bachmann. Nothing spectacular.

I think it's brass paint on the top surfaces. Pancake drive Bachmann, the other is a Life-Like.

| One is a Bachmann but the other one may be a Cary metal shell. It's an F3 and those were done in plastic by Cox (later Model Power) but seems like the number boards are different, a little smaller on the plastic one.
