My COTW is an N scale Dupont "Beer Can" car from Atlas.

Ken not certain of when it was made but it is a car predating the all plastic line of cars and postdating the all metal ones. Probably the first type using a plastic body but with preprinted metal sides. Fleischman also had car of this type made of American prototype reefers. frank
