Next to laying ballast, the one thing I have come to hate more is applying grass.
Layers of paint that dribbles, layers of expensive grass that forms puddles in
larger puddles of watered down glue, dribbling onto the floor, seeping everywhere, then
having to do it again because the top layer didn't saturate and came off...

So, borrowing a page from the annals of Tyco, I found this WS grass mat and just
slipped it under the existing track work. Took ten minutes. I'll build it up from here.

Not sure about road bed. I wonder if it will adhere well to this grass mat, and will
it align properly or become a wrinkled mess? I have a large amount of very nice
WS foam road bed, but don't want to screw this up.
