Staring off the Junk(box) of the Week thread, is literally a box of stuff. Haven't even gone through it yet, just snapped a quick picture of the top layer of contents. Hold on, I hear a faint, uh, not so faint cry of GIMMIE!!! coming from Nebraska for that VW Bus.  Yes, Ben, it's yours. It's a Siku model, all plastic. The hubcaps even have a tiny VW embossed in the center. Neat! Circus stuff ( got a couple of Life-Like yellow circus flats as well ). Man, I love junkbox diving! You never know what you will find.

That is a pretty darn mega cool JOTW. I believe
Microbusssssss will have a hissy fit when he
sees that 1st generation VW bus. You ever
wanna let loose of that "junk" you just give

I see a Lesney snowplow truck in there. Need to find one of those for my collection...

Actually, it's not a Lesney, it's a Schamel or something European. I already forgot how to spell the name, I just put it away in the basement for now. It IS in near-perfect shape. Got some good vehicles out of this train lot, including six Siku all plastic models : Ambulance ( with BOTH stretchers still with it! ), Mercedes, Messerschmidt 3-wheeler, Borgward, among others. here's the pictures of those

I believe it's supposed to be a model of a Scammell truck, that what you mean? And wouldn't it be neat to have one of those Messerschmidt cars in real life

You want a JOTW thread? I'll give you JOTW. Includes a rather nice
Tyco crane that melted like chocolate when I left it in the trunk. Also
a Varney NH caboose that I cannot find or adapt parts for. Putting the
whole lot on ebay for a nickel. Even Microbusssssss would pass on this
pile of rubbish. Or would he? Seriously, anyone want the lot, pay the shipping
and I'll post it out to you. I can't stand to throw it away.

in there and send it at the super cheap USPS book
rate. Going once...
FOUND A HOME! Microburst and Wildcoupe got into a furious
bidding war, with Wildcoupe taking all at 6 cents plus
postage.
