A couple oddball items this week...not my best stuff, but it was laying around.

The first is a door knocker made from a horseshoe and a railroad spike. It has a hole on the back to hang it on the wall like a picture. I don't see any practical application for this. Guess it's "folk art."

The second is a railroad ruler. I remember getting this back in junior high, but i can't remember where. Maybe a museum.

Pretty cool - an "iron horse"shoe door knocker. The railroad footstick ( not yardstick), is neat, too. Never seen one of those before.

Not bad, actually. I definitely find the horseshoe one interesting.
