We did a lot of shows last year, this one at the local library. We find that O and O27 is very easy to set up and take down in a big hurry. Can anyone provide a date on this piece? It has a reversing switch on the top of the cab.

For one thing, it's an Alco, not an F7. That's okay, everyone makes mistakes. Second of all, based on the looks of it, I'm guessing it's from Lionel's General Mills days or the early 60s. There's a few of them on Ebay, though.

Hah! Thank you thesiding. Helps me get a feel of the general backstory. At 58 years old, she is a survivor. Probably made some kid's day back in the day.

FA. 2-position e-unit. No front coupler or even a hole in the apron for one. Used to get those (and Texas Specials) in boxes of junk and give them away. Gave two away last year. They ran, but were not even close to a 2023.
