This one comes from the Brownville, NE flea market. It's a fun flea market, but I always see more crafty stuff or high end items...not the junk I look for. (except the time a guy tried to sell the broken remnants of a Lionel HO set for 50 bucks because there was the word Lionel on it.) I bought this for 5 bucks and don't know a thing about it. I kinda think someone took some hat pins, cut the spike off, and glued them on. It just doesn't seem like a commercial thing to me, but I could be wrong. Either way, I like the Indian kid:

I see I need to clean it better. You can see the outline of the price sticker under the kid.

Oh, that's pretty neat. And yeah, I've seen stuff like those on hats, too.
