Finally found a pair of Tyco Amtrak Phase II coaches today. For those of you who don't watch Tyco Streamliners on Ebay, the Amtrak Phase II cars are actually a bit harder to find then the phase I. Anyway, I now have a full set of streamliners and thought some of you would be interested in seeing what "The Broadway Limited" from Tyco's 79-81 catologs looks like (the real set only had 1 coach though).

BTW, the music is by the offspring. I didn't have anything better on my computer.

Self-Esteem! Great song. But you just made me feel old since I was your age when that song first came out. I have the album too. [}:)]
It somehow... seems and appropriate song for Tyco trains as well. Could imagine some NOS Tyco gathering dust on the back shelf of a hobbyshop somewhere, compared to all the shiny new Athearns and Bachmanns and such... lol
Nice video too. The night shots were cool. The bobble of the camera as the train passes, I'm going to guess was not intentional, but it almost seemed more "realistic" somehow.
DaCheez FTW!

Cheez, nice to see a matching set of Phase II GG1 and Streamliners in action!
The Offspring music does provide some attitude, but considering your great in the dark run bys I'd suggest Gladys Knight and Pips' "Midnight Train To Georgia" (1973)...however I think you're too young for that song.
