My AOTW for this week is another IHC Mini-Things. This time it's some street signs and traffic lights for H0.

The 'Mini-Things' saves money on printing printing/packaging. Put whatever you want on it as long as it's small

That would explain a lot about the overall quality of IHC.They did make some pretty good stuff, though, especially in terms of performance and overall usage.

I miss IHC, whatever their shortcomings were. There at the end they were producing some decent affordable locomotives and they had a ton of passenger equipment that filled a niche that I don't see anyone meeting currently.
Anyway, getting back to the AOTW thread - here is a Faller bridge from yesterday's train show. I've already hit the steel structure with flat black

My stuff from Conway Coal that arrived last week. 2 bags of genuine anthracite coal, screened to size 20 and size 14. Dave Conway included some kool vintage and reproduction documents, including a map, a car log and vintage receipt filled out as if I were buying 1:1 scale coal.
I hope to be making coal loads next week!

El Paso Model Train Club held its 42nd Anniversary Open House today, the fifth this November. And when all was said and done, I had to conclude our most valuable "accessory" are the creative, ingenious, and dedicated members who make it work! Sorry, Arlene, who has just finished tripping over a cable.

Hoping to "light up" your day, here's my AOTW, a Tyco Nite-Glow trestle bridge. I've just acquired a taste for glowing things, so I got this off Ebay last week. :)

So Jerry, on that Nite Glow bridge, does it have Nite Glow stickers, or does the plastic itself glow?
