I have this really clean Mantua ATSF GP20, has the 5 pole motor in the front truck. I replaced the traction tire wheels with plain one from an old Athearn dummy engine. I wasnt able to fine replacements with grooves for traction tires, both originals had a piece of flange broken off. Shell is really clean and shines almost like new. Caboose has the metal hand rails. Both are converted to Kaydee couplers by the previous owner. Would like to swap them for an undec Athearn blue box powered F unit(s) Thanks Mike P.S. Fixed the typo, to much coffee or to early in the morning I guess.

Aw, MAN! False advertising!   I read the title, super "clear", and thought it was one of those transparent shells! You REALLY got my hopes up on this post!  Oh well....

Yes undec, bonus points if it has the older metal side frame trucks! Super bonus points if its the more rare single headlight version!! I find those trucks are quieter running once I am done with them. I want to make up an ABBA consist of black Clinchfield units to run at club. I do have a spare super weight so if its missing the extra weight, no problem. Mike

Unfortunatly the Tyco units wont cut it at the club layout. Need the super power Athearns to handle the coal trains they will be assigned to. Takes 4 super power F's to get the unit trains up the ruling grade. Mike
