In Ohio, Theres a period of weeks where hunters are allowed to shoot dear. This is said to thin the herd...
I believe there should be a similar time span for politicians and lawyers....

That's quite an extensive collection of cabooses you've got there.

Looks like a few may have consorted with a flat car. Many are unplanned members of my collection. I mean how many crummies does a railroad need .

Justin, in 41 more years you may have as many conductor wagons as I do. That is about 2 a year. Regards, John

I intend to make a tourist train with work cabooses (plural), whereas the tourists can park their car on board the flat part, and ride/sleep in the quarters part. I have a white one for the Newlyweds, and a double cabin version for those taking kids along. I'm thinking of using the old Mantua tunnel clearance check car for the party room. I may have that many cabooses but I don't have them all in one place. Another guy in my club has run an entire consist of nothing but cabooses, so there's no reason you can't do that. I see you have one, maybe two, translucent (unpainted )caboose bodies. If you are ever looking to part with one, let me know. I could use another for my halloween ghost train project.

Jerry. None of those things are translucent. They may look that way because they are on a white background, but they are grey or off white. This picture is a composite of my inventory pictures. These units are from my collection, Bud's collection and from the old club's collection.
I will select a style for my railroad [most likely Santa Fe] for my standard, and a an older type for we may need those someday .

I hope to use some of them for body parts to build a couple of box-cab diesels for my layout too.
