Walt Disney World "O"? Scale Play Set Sale/Trade

I have one of these for sale or trade - leaning mostly towards trade:

It appears to be fully intact with all the pieces, especially including Mickey and Minnie, which in doing a lot of research, appear to be the key pieces in the set. This is too big of scale to be HO, it appears to be about "O" scale or a smidgen larger. The people in the Sidewalk Cafe' pictured on the box are NOT included in the set, they weren't part of it if you look at the pictures on Amazon - they are misleading. The only figurines included were Mickey & Minnie. There are accessory sets you can buy - the Christmas Tree, trolley, etc. - they're add-ons for this set. It's a GREAT set - just don't have room and have decided I ONLY do HO.

All pieces seem to be in it, including the instruction book and the play mat with factory folds. This was originally sold as a Sears Exclusive. It looks to be quite a find, but I'm reducing my inventory and getting down to HO only.

There is some writing on the box as well as quite a bit of masking tape. Pictures below. I figure this is going on a layout somewhere or if you're just a Disney World fan it will make a great setup to play with.

Yes, there are a few for sale on eBay. The one that had $9.99 starting bid didn't have the figurines and was missing many pieces. There's one for sale for $149.99 Buy It Now listed as new.

I also trade - would rather honestly. Wouldn't mind a GM&O Tyco locomotive (don't require the box), about any DCC loco with sound, HO flex track, turnouts, whatever you might want to come up with for a trade. I also like advertising vehicles - love promotional sets and such. Fantasy cars are fine with me - love them. Looking for an HO scale Disney depot, a close to HO scale monorail, accepting just about anything in offers. I don't want to put too high of a value on it - $100 in money or I'd rather if someone's got something to trade, maybe you have something you got a good deal for that you want to trade and you would feel like you made a great deal.

Both parties pay their own postage & insurance.
