I seen these hand rail stanchions in a Walther's reference book that we're more scale and realistic. I was wondering if anyone knows what I speak of. They're made of plastic and flat and little wider than Athearn's metal style pieces.

Precision Scale makes some nice plastic stanchions. You have to make your own railings. But, it's not hard to do.

What size brass wire y'all use? I think the U25C hand rails by 'Rossi are hideous!
