I can't seem to upload photos more than a few at a time:
If a vertical approach won't work, try a horizontal one. The feel of concrete on my 50 year old knees thrills me to the bone:

If that fails, a lift gate is favored by some. It stands 36 inches off that same concrete floor, and since the rail ends, located on a curve (great sense of humor) take so much abuse, you also get to re-rail your 100 car trains!

Just had to blow off some steam.

Don't worry about it, Chops. The members on this forum (Including me) are glad you shared this information so that you can help other people learn not to make the same mistakes in model railroading.

If you're a fairly new member, I think the Forum restricts your posting images for awhile. At first none, then a few images, and later on it will allow you to post many more at a time. Just to keep Spammers at bay. Keep posting, and soon you should be able to post many pics. :)
