the other week i posted a athearn 2-8-2,which i got cheap,but it needs a complete handrail on one side,any help will be gratefully received,ken
could make one out of brass,but i like to keep stuff original if possible
need an oil lamp for front of narrow gauge mdc loco also

I think I may have what you need Ken,
I will have to see what I have left of the Athearn boilers. A few years back, I had some ~50 of them which were scrapped. The pilot decks off of those are what I used to kitbash the Mantua 0-4-0 booster to make the 2-4-2.
...and I most likely have a MDC lamp. If you could post a picture of one, it will help me look.
