Hi,

Its been mentioned elsewhere in the forum in a post about the old TYCO ACF Talgo model, but I thought I'd post here too that Con-Cor has recently announced plans for an HO-Scale Aerotrain. Con-Cor is saying they'll deliver in April 2007 and the base set will include the engine, coach, and observation. Additional coach cars will be issued later, according to Con-Cor. The Aerotrain is also planned for N-Scale issue sometime after the arrival of the HO-Scale model. The retail for the 3-car set is listed at $499. A bit more than what Con-Cor asked for its recent Pioneer Zephyr model, but these are obviously short-run brass-like issues for the plastic ready-to-run market, so I wouldn't think $500 is really too much providing it is nicely done.
