Updating this thread for members to post their pictures of real engines and cars.
Pictures taken by themselves of prototype railroad equipment.
As per John's request on page one of this thread.
I went to Jim Thorpe Pennsylvania to see Reading and Northern steam engine 425.
Built in 1928 for the Gulf Mobile and Northern Railroad.
This 4-6-2 Pacific type engine should be running again in Jim Thorpe this year.

sorry if I made a new thread but I couldn't find this page 
Anyway a couple I saw today! 2/21/2020!
thought this was a CSX Heritage Unit  
Anyone know this railroad?
nearly slipped down the STEEP embankment trying to get closer
