Hello guys, I have a mystery here. I am in the process of buying this lot and it contains some 200 of these diecast skeleton intermodal chassis'

I was wondering if anyone has a clue as to who made them?? The lot with the trailers includes a bunch of Ulrich truck parts.

Likely frames for Ulrich 40' trailers.
