Very nice work wks! I love the depth of field perspective, I just can't get enough of that. The placement of the buildings seems very prototypical and realistic. They are not overpowering or taking up too much real estate. And the trains seem to fit into place as they would in real life. Great detail in your scenery, just enough to make it very attractive and interesting without giving the eye too much to look at. It all seems to just fit together. Great job there, and thanks for sharing it. Blane

That is one gorgeous layout, wks.I love all the little details you have on it. Heck, it's about as good as a lot of the N scale layouts I see at train shows.

Ah! The Lehigh and Susquehanna railroad. From Easton to Scranton. The subject of my long search for info on the Ashley Pa shops that were there. Yep one stop away from Wilkes Barre. There are 5 main shop buildings clustered together east of the roundhouse. With 5 years of information I can build 1 wall each of 2 of the buildings. And I would have to make them very blurry just like the photos. I can make foundations for all five but measurements may not be correct. I need a home for my camelbacks. My interest is in modeling those shops, roundhouse with 60 or 70 foot turntable, coal and sand house as before the turn of the century. Over 115 years ago. The search goes on. And on. And on. frank

First time in three years I ran the trains. Need to clean the tracks more often. Need to work on my cloud cover.

Very nice interchange of tracks- I cannot see where the upper level arrives and departs, makes for a big look in a small space. Nice night shots.

Hi Richie, I like your station here in this "N" scale layout. It isn't exactly what I am looking for but puts a lot of ideas into my head about how to build Lehigh Valley's Laury Station. Thanks for posting this layout. frank

More photos updated with additional colors. A couple of new ones added.
Some of the structures on the layout. Are removable and interchangeable with other structures.

Nice, wks. I like the idea of removable/replaceable structures...must make your layout interesting to keep changing up the buildings on it.

Thank you Robert. It is easier to have interchangeable structures on a layout. Depends on what you want to keep permanent or not.
