I'm looking to buy an AHM Iowa Beef Packers (IBP) 50ft. boxcar if anyone has one they are willing to part with. Or, if trains are your currency, I might be willing to trade this nifty decaled version of the AHM Polaroid boxcar (much improved over the cardstock logo).

Thanks!

I've got a Bachmann of that sorts in a 50' IBPX #107 and Model Power yugoslavia 40' wood reefer... also #'d 107...

not sure you're interested in these... and I'm north of the border...

I notice your avatar is an Athearn GP35 Demo... I've a collection/a collector of demo loco's.

John

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out.

Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

Hi John. Yes, I guess I am after just the AHM version, having once had one. But thanks all the same for replying. How many demos in your collection? Any particular favorites? I have SD-45 and SD-60 demos as well. I've been with GM more than 20 years now, and I was sad to see Electromotive go.

Favorites? Out of the total of 165 locomotives I have, all the demonstrators are favorites.
29 Demonstrator Locomotives.
The following are the demo's/demo sets:

IR Box Cab
ALCO C628
ALCO GE FA1 (x2)
ALCO GE PA2
ALCO GE PB2
ALCO RSD-7
ALCO GE PA1
ALCO GE PA1
BLW DR-4-4-1500 (A unit)
BLW DR-4-4-1500 (B unit)
EMD DDA40
EMD F3 A-B-B-A
EMD GP 22 (1st GP 30)
EMD GP 35
EMD GP 7
EMD SD45
EMD SD7 (x2)
FM H24-66
GE U30B

Eventually, I will also own the Baldwin Centipede A-A's...
Sorry I couldn't narrow it down to a few. I like the "First's" of locomotives, period!
I also like "Demonstrator" freight and passenger cars, of which a few I also have.

No problem, it's all good stuff! I'll look forward to seeing those demos in LOTW as well.
