I've got these wood (plastic) hoppers that really don't fit where I want to go with my railroad; the company that I'd like to model did not have any of these type of cars. They are Gould Company (seems a lot like Tichy Train Group; maybe it is?). I've got the original box and instructions and the wee tiny little journal covers that I never put on because I would have had to glue them and it just would have been a mess. I think there built pretty fair; no glue messes, paint errors if you look real close (magnifying glass for some).

I could be in to trading just one, or both.

What I'd like to get is gondola(s); old time wood style with truss rods OR maybe a Mantua Metal kit with all the original parts (could be negotiable) and the metal in decent shape. Most desirably the Mantua gondola would have Missouri Pacific paper sides, but that wouldn't be critical. Regarding other gondolas, most certainly I'd like to see what you'd offer in the way of an old time gondola. I wouldn't mind maybe even getting the Mantua plastic low-sided truss rod, etc. that look kind of funky out of the box. I'd expect probably at least a couple of those for one of my Gould's, but I could even be interested (depending on what you got) a bunch of "junk" Mantua plastic ones that needed rehab; given that rehab was possible.

And . . . if you don't have any of the above things . . . show me what you got.
Anyway, I'll shut up and show you what I got.
