Thanks guys! I got that motel in a box of "stuff" years ago. Can hardly touch them on ebay now.
Ben I figured you or walt would have dragged out a sealed new in the box motel you picked up for $2 by now

I have the motel and loved it as a kid in the 70s... It was a sealed boxed one but I'm not fortunate enough to get 'em cheap like MicroBen does... All of my buildings are bought on eBay... It's at the house, maybe I'll remember to dig it out..

It looks like the motel has competition. Is that a campground behind the church?

Still kickin' this one around my bench in the basement. Previos owner had the doorway side and the right side of the building glued on UPSIDE down. I had to cut the glue to get it apart. Other projects and priorities have put this on the back burner, I haven't done anything to it since I cut it apart to get it righted . Hopefully after the holidays I'll have more time to work on projects like this.

| I think the Tyco HO JOs is a better looking building than the Roadside Inn. But that's just my opinion I could be wrong!

Well the Tyco HoJo is more authentic looking, has the real logos and all that. So cost no object I'm right there I have seen some examples that weren't too badly screwed up for a moderate price, but so far have been nipped at the last second by a higher bidder.

Thanks John that scene was not planned, I had the car sitting there quite a while and then I was rummaging through a box of people, found the 'young lady' and a light bulb came on!

That building is Tyco's Doug's Drugs of the Center Street series. Pretty detailed interior... Can be a very nice building!

My Doug's that I done some detailing on as it's pictured on the box it comes in. A few details include the mortar on the walls, wooden doors, sign frames colored yellow and green... Horrible photo though..
