This will be good for everyone. Rail will prosper for a while as it will take much longer IMO to convert the road fleet. Logistics for refueling the road fleet will take a long time to make it feasible.

I read they're considering a system where the fuel car is a single unit well car, because those are heavier at the bottom and because the tanks can be interchanged in and out of them.
