I remembered reading on GIC's site that Alaska RR 50' boxcars are rather rare, and I happened to snag one today. No box. Anyone want it to complete a collection of tyco 50-footers?

Great find, I snagged one about a year ago in a box. They are rare and probably come up on eBay around 4 times a year.

How rare and what dot hey go for? I happen to have one in the box practically new. The box has the Alaska Railway tag and a Sears and Roebuck price tag of $1.49.
If you are not having fun, you are not doing it right.
