That looks so cool Walt.....I could get carried away with the "town streets" running, just like the trains.....

What an "operating" session that would be!!!!!!

Looks great...I have that one, it is a model of the one found in Woodlawn, MD. My uncle was stationed there many years ago...don't know if it is still standing.

Walt,
Your welcome!!!!! Its just, I can see me having the slot car streets set up, on my layout, WITH the trains too...... and then OH my....All that animation,......The guys from the club would fall over dead at it as I love the whole Animation aspect of it.....

THEN, you have the "crossings" too that work which would be awesome too! I know, for a fact, I could get carried away with it!!!!!

I know what you mean, John... In the early 70s I had a 4X8 version of the 8x20 I will soon start on. 10 years ago I decided I wanted this same excitement on a much larger layout!

Thanks for the info...my other uncle was a Baltimore County police officer stationed at the Woodlawn location back in the 60s...yes, a lot of family history in those LL kits. I even have family that live near the Sykesville station offered in their kit line...

I've got one of those! It's set up on my layout. Very nice-looking fire station.
