OOOO! Well that'll cost a few million pounds easy hehe But I wonder how hard it'd be to do one of these locos in NA style? With cowcatchers, bells, marker lights & whistles  After all the US did import it's 1st locos from England

I live not far from a place where steam locomotives are being built. There's a guy named Dave Kloke who has built, and still owns, a locomotive called Leviathan. It's a full size replica of a sister engine to Jupiter. Jupiter, at the Golden Spike National Monument, is also a replica and Mr. Kloke was able to use some of the tooling that was made to build Jupiter. More recently, he built another engine named York and sold it to a railroad near York PA.
They're out there.

Don, Well its not so much that its steam, but the mere fact of our economy right now is the amazing part, that's a TON of money to build a steamer these days PLUS the amount of insurance needed to operate them! Specially in this country!
