So, Ken, are you a centercabber, too? I kinda fell in love with these Alco C415's a few years back, I have the SP, Santa Fe, BN, Rock Island, and a custom B&O, to name a few. Like the Bl-2, they weren't produced in high numbers, and are a rather eccentric diesel, but I just liked that they were centercabs, for what reason I don't know. Nice one you got there!

who ever done it, done a GREAT detail job on it!
I had 2 of them, some time ago and I think I traded off one and may still have the other, I'll have to look!

It's amazing how good that looks. Someone put a lot of effort into it. I've grown to like them myself.
Is that the later dual drive version, or the early one with the single powered truck?

I finally found the pic I took of a similar loco I think this is a ex-BN & is used at a car repair facility east of Alliance, Nebraska
 ok its not the exact one but still cool Yes?

that's a General Electric Class SL144. Yup, this one belonged to BN before they sold it to the current owner. It was a C&NW loco before that.
