That's the only way they can drill out the rivets in the power truck.

I tell ya, that's got to be the lowest positioning I have seen on a Radial Arm drill to remove those rivets!

* I have seen photos of a CNJ diesel purposefully put in that position for maintance. It seems like the CN diesel went a little to far and rolled onto the maintance shack and scrunched it, and it self.
* It seems to be a risky maneuver balancing all that weight on one rail. Haven't they figured out how to put a drill in a pit yet.
