You owe it to yourself to check out this dynamic yet short-lived product line – which was nothing short of revolutionary in its day. I was already impressed with the Revell F9 I happened across recently, but in reviewing the catalog photos it’s plainly true: From the presentation concepts, artwork, detailing, and setting, these truly were intended to be the “Cadillacs of HO”.

Not to mention, an outright forbearer to serious modeling. Who wouldn’t be pleased with some of their layouts, even today? And I can tell you that some of the building kits are still well worth seeking out.

The site will expand and further examples, sightings, and details emerge over time. Help is always welcome. So climb on-board and have a look!

Looks like it's only driven by 4 wheels. It would seem mine is the Deluxe Passenger ATSF model.

I'll have to get looking for a UP SW7

Cheers,
Gareth

Nice!!
Great to see the history of the hobby being preserved in such a grand fashion!
Revell is one of the great names in the hobby industry, not only for trains, but, in plastic models, slot cars, and several other hobby items.

Thanks for all the hard work on thses sites!!!!![Yeah!]
